Kay. So as I promised, I shall post for yesterdae n todae. Haiyo. Dis gonnatake up lyk 30min of my time. But nvm, I dun realli hav anythin better to do now, do I?
Sundae-25th May =D
Woke up (DUH). Had a slight muscleache. Breakfast waz nice n healthy. Egg n ham sandwiched in two slices of foccacia bread. Rather feeling too! *BURP*
Did no work todae. Waz too lazy to study. Lol. -.- Aiya still got bout 1more month of hol, perhaps I shall slack first, probably for a week or so, den next 1week plus I shall chiong finish all my work n projects, b4 ending e hol on a high note by slackin again! =D
Err...went out for lunch. Den slept. For ly 2hrs. Lazy bump!!! -.-
Ok...finally smthin more fun n exciting for e dae. My 3rd outin with Sheila. Dis time to watch Indiana Jones. Tt's probably one of e onli interestin movies on show now. So met up with her at NLB, since she waz doin her dunno wad project with her frenz thr. Lol...I waz 15min late! Apologies Sheila. Paiseh. Though I didn't hav reason for being late! N I didn't feel lyk cockin up a lame excuse too. So srry once again, ok.??? Lol so I went to e library, n snapped you in ur so sae red outfit? Btw how many crumplers u hav? E first time we met you were wearin tt yellow one, n todae urs waz red! Wahlau, rich lar. I onli got one. Eh but actualli wad's e use of 2? Lol. Yea, ur bag was red, tshirt red, n ur hairclip red. Red veri nice meh? I still lyk black though. Hey why nt e next time we go out u wear all orange or yellow I wear all black? It'z a nice combi, yeah. XD
Den we took a longlong walk to MRT station, b4 headin for Suntec for dinner. As expected, e place waz so veri crowded. But eventualli found a seat, after a silly 10min plus wait. Phew.
After dinner MOVIE TIME! Actualli nt...we had to wait for bout 35min. Den e entrance to e cinema theatre open. So meanwhile we went to e bowlin alley. Saw some pros bowlin (DUH). Wah...e sound of those pins or sticks wadever u call dem, waz veri cool. Thr waz dis angmo lady bowled down all e pins lyk numerous consequetive times! Imba lor.
Indiana Jones waz rather nice. Smthin lyk...errr..I would sae...pirates of carribean. Comical at some parts yet thr waz serious fighting. Hmm..I guess I gonna watch it again durin dis hols, mayb with deep n wendy, hopefully. If time permits too. =)
After movie went for supper. Den no more fun liao. Go home...sian. Haiyo, good fun events always pass so fast. Grr...I wanna eat time up! Kill time. Lol. -.-
Came home, lazy workout. For once, or mayb twice liao. Cant rmbr. But I swear tmrw I shall do!

On to Mondae. Countdown to concert:4days. Yepps, can't wait for it to arrive n den go. Den our long dauntin rehearsals lyk be over. Btw, my favourite event of e year is u noe wad? RISE camps...seriously. Dis one in june gonna be real fun, I guess. Hopefuly! =D
And yeah, todae 2nd dae of hols. Slightli more productive todae. Finished part of my maths assignment on linear form. Nt much though. Den I studied kinematics. Den for e rest of e dae I slackslackslack. Slack as in nt doin any work.
Good thing I workouted todae. Yesterdae didn't. Todae did 200leg lifts, 400crunches, 30vsnaps. Den went gym carry some weights. Oh yar, n I swam todae. But nt vigorously. So swimmin more of leisure, doesn't really count as excercise. -.-
Den I slept lyk a big fat lazy pig. *SNOREZ*
Den woke up n eat.
Den watch TV.
Den chat on msn with lame ppl bout lame stuff.

Oopz. Paiseh couldn't post yesterdae coz came home late n yeah tired lar. So I shall make ammends here. Postin for yesterdae n todae. =D
Fridae--23rd Mayb 08 (Last dae of skool!) Somewad excited over it.
But tt excitement waz short lived. Due to e flood of projects. Overwhelming tons of tt. Grr...sian.
Morning assembly waz conducted in skool hall instead of Raffle Square. Den thr waz a public caning for some sec4 guy. 3strokes of e cane. Sad. Though it didn't seem pain at all. =(
Todae lessons we had 4periods. Forgot liao. Since it waz yesterdae. Anywae nthin interestin so shan't post bout skool lessons. Oh yar, e onli thing I rmbered iz tt we had a philo test which wasn't t tough. Ooh...n my last philo test 7.5/10 without studying! Yep. Hopefully dis test I can get e same marks. Or probably arnd thr. XD
Class ended at 12.45pm. So after slacking abit in class, I had exactly 1hr to gym. Sectionals at 2pm ma. So abit rush, though it didn't realli affect my mood during workout. Since e last round I slacked, todae sort of time to makeup. 500crunches, todae instead of sets of 50 I tried sets of 100. And yeah, I read on e net how to breathe in e best way so as to help e workout. Den I did 200 of the abs machine. Didn't increase e weights at all, juz remained at 32.5kg. Chionged til bout 1.50pm. Rushed down to canteen, bought e soursop drink n mixed it with a serving of protein. E last time I took lime juice, todae soursop drink. Aiya, I juz realized tt I can take e protein happily n comfortably with any cold drink cept for water, even if it'z cold.
Went for sectionals. 2-5pm. Somehow but dunno why or how I feel nt so bored in rehearsals nowadays. But more serious n eventually more tired after it. Mayb nt bcoz of rehearsal itself but coz I gym? But anywae, in e end, when u hav tt satisfied feelin rite, nthin beats tt. Sense of some acomplishment, maybe.
After 5pm waz supposed to be dinner time. But Jianyang odered e sec3s to help move stuff from bandroom to LT n den help set up e LT for nite rehearsal. Thr waz som delay coz we couldn't get e instruments on time n oso we didn't get e keys to e LT until quite some time. Ended up skipping dinner. *Stomach churning* Den thr waz e nite rehearsal from 6.30-9.30 though it ended late. Luckily I wazn't lyk some of those poor souls hu had to lug their bulky instruments n go home by public transport. Pity them. Ya la, my dad picked mi home n on e way back dropped by KFC den had a zinger burger meal. Quite full after tt. Thank god thr waz food, if nt I doubt if I could sleep soundly tt nite!
So I would consider Fridae a fruitful dae. Felt rther sleepy so turned in early. 1.30am. Snorez...

On to Saturdae. Am I gonna enjoy e skool hols? Hopefully.
Woke up uber uber late todae. Slight muscleache. Felt kinda dizzy. But e dizzyness waz short-lived. Soon after breakfast it wazn't there.
Spent one hour plus watching lame shows on TV. To kill time.
Den started reading some hol skool chinese book. Bcoz thr waz to be a book review test on it when skool reopens. So better start now, I guess...b4 it'z too late.
Read with eyes half-open though. *Yawn?* U noe tt feelin...heavy eyelids; almost dozing off? U realli nid some veri excitin thing to kick u up. I detest dis kinda feeling! ARGH.
Had lunch den read tt silly book.
4pm, went hardcore swimming till 5.15pm. Quite tired. Den drank e disgusting nutrisoy soyabean. I juz didn't lyk soyabean from young, though nowadays I drink it quite often after gym. Usualli when I dun take protein powder. Abit used to it now.
There waz dinner n den chinese tution. Fun as usual. Toked quite alot durin lesson todae. Err...sad thing iz tt next 2weeks no lesson n tt lessons wil resume on 14th June, my b'dae!!! Grr...but mayb I shall still go. Expectin some bdae wishes n gifts? No lar. Juz go thr for e sake of going, coz I dun wan makeup lessons! =(

Ooh. I'm currentli addicted to Muesli Bars. As in tt type of energy-food bars. Lyk e ones above. Yoghurt apricot flavour n e other iz...black forest! My favourite sia. Rather healthy too. =D

Thursdae. Ok first thing, we are kings of europe! Beat chelsea on penalties 6-5 after e match ended 1-1 with xtra time. Tt means Man utd clinch e double! Yeppie. But den, it could easily b a treble if we had beat porstmouth in semis of FA cup. Nvm, double good enuff. Kudos to ManUtd!

Anywae, todae waz 2nd last dae of skool! =D Hols r juz round e corner. 1 more dae. XD

Skool waz okae todae. PE first whr we had soccer. Boring match on e new astro. I am startin to get bored of soccer, focusing on gym now! But stil I shant lose my soccer skills. Will train occasionally. Yeah, n of coz keep my place in first team. Hopefully.

Den we had Maths-nthin to tok bout; Chinese-whr she gav us a zuowen to hand in by tmrw -.- And physics whr we had a practical test. N den english which waz slack time.

Went gym with Kwuntong after skool. Ooh yar, interestin fact todae.

Err...b4 workout, todae waz my first time I took e WHEY protein powder-vanilla icecream flavour. Josiah helped mii get tt humongous tub of 80servings inside. WTH. Wil take a longlong time to finish it. Actualli no...since I take one before workout n one after workout. Ok...so yeah, put 1serving inside e shaker bottle den added lyk 300ml plus of plain water into it. Horrid. It kinda smelled of lyk..eee breast milk?!?!? Though e protein powder smells damn nice when it'z dry, after addin water it iz juz crap. So tried my best to finish it. I ended throwin away some. Juz a little inzy winzy bit. Den went gym do workout. Todae I waz so veri damn slack. VERI. I did onli lyk half of wad I do normally. Nt much mood to even go gym todae, but still went. For e sake of building up. Yeah, sadli I onli did 150weighted crunches though I added another 5kg to e weights n 200crunches. Onli bout half wad I usualli do. Sian. Haiyo. Tmrw thinkin of goin gym after skool but now seems lyk can't. Coz hav CCA sectionals from 2-5pm. At least tt's wad I heard. Ok, so 3hrs of tt. No time to gym tmrw. Rather sad. Or mayb, juz mayb...could take an xtra heavy recess, den go gym straight after skool ends, from bout 12.55-1.55pm. Den chiong back for sectionals. Hey, I dun wanna b late man, ltr kanna screwed den suay...so unless gt time den shan't gym tmrw. Hopefulli gt time lar...=(

Last dae of skool tmrw! Lookin forward to it yet nt lookin forward to it. So veriii much holidae work leh...all e projects n kinda crap performance tasks I dun even noe watta do. If onli I'm without dis burden. But can't escape it. =(

Lol. My 50th post for dis blog. I noe it'z a small number compared to many of ur's...but nvm, half a century! N my blog dunno how NEW lar. Yeppie.


Anywae, Wednesdae todae, 2days away from June hols! Haha. Another reason to be happy. =D


So we had Maths, Bio, Physics n Lit. Nt forgettin our dear RE. Haha.


All e periods were boring. Lol. Isn't skool n lessons juz all crap? Sittin in e classroom, watch teacher teach some chim stuff, while I dun understand a single thing, den go home slack. Gosh...it juz gets worse. Except tt we get to tok in skool. N plae. -.-


So no way gonna waste energy commentin on lessons todae. XD


After skool. RISE. CCA. Ok lar, not tt bad. I juz realized rehearsal can be sian. But compare with other cocked up CCAs? Either u sweatin in e sun lyk hell or u doin some lame stuff in a corner. So RISE is ok. SET. I started practisin leh but I still tell everyone I nvr practise. Haha. Den at least gt reason to be noob lar. Lol.


Todae no time go gym for workout. Ok. I hav started gym for 4daes. Good improvement man. Especialli on e loveli abs. Now onli can see outline of e 6pacs without flexin but after flexin can see it bulgin lar. Nt tt much though. Lyk dose bodybuilder's sick abs. Tt type sick crap lar.


So overview for my gym workout on abs so far:
1st dae: 250normal crunches, 250backward ones, 20 v-snaps
2nd dae:300weighted crunches, 400normal ones, 10v-snaps
3rd dae:300weighted crunches, 500normal ones
4th dae:300weighted crunches, 500normal ones


Of coz I hav rest daes in between. Tt's lyk duh. For my muscles to regenerate. Afterall after workout next dae alwayz sore n achin wad. So rest lar. =D


SET. Tmrw gymin after skool. Target; 350weighted crunches (add on another 7.5kg of weights) n 500normal crunches, 20v-snaps. Hopefully I gonna reach my target. Jiayou.


Ooh yar. Juz rmbred tonite or rather tmrw mornin champions league final! Chelsea vs Man Utd. Moscow. Bet u man utd gonna own chelsea n win e double! Chelsea get ready to cry. Or mayb u would lyk a forfeit? Anythin, wadever, man u gonna win! Yeah. Predicted scoreline of 1-1 which gonna go to xtra time b4 man utd score a late winner to bag e trophy home. XD

Holy crap, I gonna grow real fat again. Coz I ate 2pacs of durian. Wahlao. If I grow even fatter ah, I tell u ah, I cry ah. But I workout todae. So shldn't b too bad. Rite? -.-

Yeppie. E 11.4g of fats nthin lar...tt's wad I juz realized. Lol...-.- But den again...I ate durian...FATTY!!! "One seed alone might be equal to 50 calories or more because of the pulp's thickness."-tt's wad I read! Now I gonna grow uber fat. Sian. -.-


Didn't grow any fatter I think. Tt's gd...but didn't realli see an improvement in my abs. Sad. But hey; after yesterdae's workout rite...todae I didn't feel sore at all. Nt abit...n I rmbred doin my crunches properly! Mayb coz my body accusstomed to e workout. So abit disappointed lar, but still could feel e ridges when I flex. So cool...=D

Tuesdae todae, yea? Rite? Err...boring lessons. Uber boring ones.


First we had bio which Mr Law tok some chim stuff I couldn't understand; den next waz Chinese. Terrible man...e bitch made us copy a model essay of a China scholar from 3Q, in hope tt we would learn how to write properly when copyin it. Lame lar...waste time, waste paper, waste ink, waste energy...to copy a silly essay. It'z lyk almost e whole class agreed tt copyin it would b of no use but she stubborn lar. Wad to do? Copy lor. Sian. Ended up 7plus pages. WTF.


So many of us were competin hu could write fastest. Nt suannin...but bet I won. Lol?!?! Show off lar Benn. But in e end, no count...coz I tore up my essay. Coz handwriting nt nice enuff. Serious.


So now I am at home hardcorin tt stup thing again. Diao?!?!?


Next lesson waz English, n while J.koh waz meetin some grps in e project rms regardin Social Advocay project, alot of ppl were tryin hard to copy finish e model. Lol. Bad ppl. Haha. =D

Assembly waz as retarded as usual!!! Grrr...house meetin. I wanted to ponn it but no one ponn so I didn't dare ponn. Nvm lar. Ended up sittin in e LT playin handfone. XD


After skool. Supposedli supposed to go with Deep to gym. So put our bags thr...bout to do my workout. Den he went off. Sae wad got fever. Diao. Bet it'z some cock lar Deep! Argh...u stil had e nerves to arggue with Zydney. Pangseh mii. Bet I nt ur fren lar; though u are my fren. Slowli digest dis...but given my forgivin character. No big deal. Nt angry with u deep. =D


So sadly...did my abs workout. 300 of dose weighted crunches thingy. At least smthin lyk dis. A gd sign waz tt dae I waz doin e noobest weights, 16kg. Now I'm doin 24.5kg! Yeppie. Haha. But onli could manage 300. Lol. 20 sets of 15. I suck. But tt'z gd. So mayb soon I can amaze everyone. Since I'm a good learner, I managed to rmbr how to do e triceps thingy tt Josie thot mii tt dae. Den went to abit of e thigh one. Overall, quite satisfied lar. Den drank soyabean. 21g of protein. Hopefully, my hard work can pay off. XD


Went home after slackin abit in e library.


Took dinner. Ate durian after tt. Wahlao!!! Crap. Growin fat.


Tok to evil Kwun Tong. Threaten tt I would b FAT tmrw if I didn't tell him how e abs machine thingy worked. I veri scared now leh. Wad if tmrw I realli grow fat? Den I wil CRY man. Boohoohoo...=(

A healthy dinner? 2greens, 2fried eggs (though onli 1 is visible) n rice. Home-cooked. Nt e nicest of meals, but at least healthy. Healthy meals...all I care now. =D


Not forgettin some source of protein. Fish, 4pieces. Yeah, I ate all. Waz hungry after no lunch, n after swimmin too! Oso home-cooked. XD

Gee...no skool todae! Hehe Hoho...=D

Ok. So yeah; I feel damn bad. Seriousli bad. Coz of mi being obsessed over tryin to get 6pacs...so all e workout makes mi tired. And I end up tired n daoin mani ppl; or at least tokin much less to them. Significantly less. Haiyo...ok so apologies to all these ppl, ok? Nt tt i'm being idiotic with u, but tt yeah...explanation made. Srry guyz.

Todae first thing after breakfast was to go back to sleep. Lol...coz I waz feelin tired. Den woke up and toked a little on msn. B4 goin for lunch. And one thing...I BROKE MY PROMISE! The promise tt I made on dis veri blog yesterdae; sayin tt I wun touch or eat chocos n all dose anymore. But I broke my promise! Grr...I took a bar of Cadbury Black Forest chocolate. And inside it waz 11.4g of fat! I feel damn bad now. So much so that tt waz my lunch...I waz feelin wierd after eatin e chocolate. So I didn't eat lunch. I waz juz thinkin n ponderin over how to burn off tt 11.4g of fat! So my lunch waz chocolate. Lol...

So I thot of a way. To burn off the 11.4g of fat. I went down to e pool swimmin. 50laps. I told Kwun Tong I would try to get 30-40min for tt; but it waz impossible; after I rethot about how I waz gonna swim 50laps in tt time. Impossible. In e end I took eternity to swim tt. 52.34min. Argh; tt's so veri slow. 20freestyle; 10frogstyle, 10backstroke n 10sidekick. Haiz...I hav deproved so much since P6 after gettin my goldstar. So iz tt 11.4g of fat still in my body? =(

After swimmin I came up n took my bathe. Den I had an aweful stomach ache. Dunno why. I didn't eat anythin wrong. Mayb coz I didn't eat lunch n oso after swimmin I didn't eat again.

Agony now. Agonisin horror. I'm uber scared tt I lose my big improvment in my abs. As in after last few daes of hardcore trainin, e effect has shown, e hardwork has paid off. N now I'm terrified of losin it. Wad to do now? It'z lyk almost once every 10min I go in front of e mirror n flex. So afraid tt I wil lose my improvmement bcoz of tt 11.4g of fat. =(

So after dinner...which waz a healthy one. Err..let mi recall..oh yar; firstli it'z home-cooked so less oil n e meat less fatty. Thr were 2vegs, 2fried eggs, n fish...lots of fish. N rice, duh. Den again I'm worried tt it wil make mi fat. No way I gonna b fat!!! Grr...

Ok. I juz finished my workout. It'z 9.15now. 500crunches done (10sets of 50) and soyabean milk taken (21g protein). Abit happier. Hopefulli tmrw my abs wun realli sore coz I'm thinkin to goin to skool gym tmrw after skool. Better ambience thr. XD

Back to skool tmrw. Hopefulli thr wun b much skoolwork n homework! N oso...countin down to e June hols...a few more days. Juz a few more. Hang on Benn.
